Some happy, some sad

Some happy...
Brock has found his thumb. Really found it. Sucking it while in his car seat and (GASP!) soothing himself to sleep. Still encouraging that paci as much as I can. He is also cooing and singing up a storm. Any chance he gets to have a conversation with me, he does. He also would like to sit up as much as possible, is grabbing anything in front of him as fast as he can, and wants constant attention. No surprise there. He is a yummy butterball.

Some sad...
We have been making the rounds at Dr. Vaughn's office for our yearly eye exams and it looks like another member will be wearing glasses. Our sweet little fairy, Aubrey Jean. This momma's taking it kind of hard today. I know she will look adorable, but there are some other developmental things we saw today that are going to need some work. It will be ok. Can't wait to share some adorable pics of her new "pink" glasses. She is actually happy about them right now. Guess we will see once she's wearing them everyday, all day.
