Cailynn Mae Marie is here!

Wow, I am exhausted. On Thursday, I got a call from my sister that she had gone for her drs appointment. The doctor's office had been closed for 2 days due to the horrible ice storm. My sister and her husband were staying with my mom because their own home had no power. The doctor checked her by candlelight! She was 2-3cm and 80% effaced. He sent her down for an induction. I quickly got my bags packed and Scot came home from work. We were on the road by 2:30pm. Her pitocin was started around 2:30pm and she got her epidural shortly after. She had tons of visitors and everyone was really excited. it took a while for her to relax after everyone left and then she finally started to make progress. By 4am she was 8cm. She pushed for only 45 min and Cailynn was here. She is a total dumpling and I am too tired to download photos. I am operating on no sleep. Due to the power outages the hospital had just gotten internet access. My mom, Clennton, and I are staying the night here with Marie and the baby. She weighed 7lbs 1oz and was 19 3/4in. Her head is not bigger than an orange. She is so petite. Okay... I can't see the screen anymore. I am so happy. God is so good.
